We need YOUR financial help to share FREE Christmas and Thanksgiving Meals with Senior Citizens that are unable to share the holidays with local family members.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays inspire us to think about being surrounded with family, food and fellowship. They also bring on the highest amount of suicides each year, for individuals that don't have family or loved ones to share the holidays with.
American Legacies Org., has a long tradition of bringing Senior Citizens together to share a FREE HOLIDAY MEAL, conversations and fellowship, but as the number of seniors needing the meals and fellowship has grown, combined with the higher cost of groceries, our financial needs have also grown.
Therefore, we are asking for a bit of kindness from other caring individuals that are willing to help brighten the spirits and feed the bodies, minds and hearts of our precious Seniors that no longer have spouses or large families available to share the holidays with.
We are also looking for Churches and other non-profit organizations that would like to join our Holiday Meal program as well as compassionate and caring leaders willing to help build chapters of American Legacies, Org in their community and help us expand our Adopt a Grandparent Program, Holiday Meal Program and become a vital part of assisting us in preserving the historical life stories of those that have walked before us.
