Ice Box Cake
1 pt double cream
4 square chocolate
4 table spoon sugar
4 eggs
4 table spoon water
1/2 lb lady fingers
Melt chocolate in double boiler
add water and mix well
Mix egg yokes and sugar and add hot chocolate and heat well
add beaten egg whites
Directions: Fix lady finger in pan lined with wax paper. Pour chocolate mixture in and put in Ice Box. Pour out on large plate and put whipped cream on top
